- Must be physically able to conduct site visits with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for monthly progress photos and reporting.
- Must be able to work 100% full time, on-site (no hybrid, no remote).
- Associate degree in business, pre-engineering, or similar.
- 5+ years' experience working on public works infrastructure projects, preferably in transit or transportation.
- Experience reporting Earned Value Management (EVM) key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI, or other dashboard KPI reporting software.
- Expert level skills with Microsoft Office suite.
