The Role: As an Independent Sales Agent, you will be the face of our innovative AI technology solutions in the automotive dealership market. Your primary role will be to identify potential clients, engage with decision-makers, and close sales deals, thereby expanding our market presence and contributing to our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential automotive dealership clients across the United States.
Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor pitches accordingly.
Present, promote and sell AI technology solutions using solid arguments to prospective clients.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and create reports on sales metrics.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and product potential.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven sales proficiency, preferably in the automotive industry or technology sales.
Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations, and an ability to communicate in an effective manner.
Familiarity with CRM best-practices.
Interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging technology.
Existing Relationships with decision makers at Auto Dealers.
Key Performance Indicators:
Number of new client accounts opened.
Revenue generated against targets.
Client satisfaction and retention rates.
Frequency and quality of client engagement and follow-ups.
Accuracy and timeliness of market feedback and reporting.
