The Non-Profit Rheinische Education Center (GRB) is the provider of various educational programs in the fields of school, university, and vocational training.

The goal of all programs is to promote the individual integration success of people of non-German origin through holistic preparatory measures.

The GRB is organized as a non-profit GmbH. The educational institutions include the Leverkusen boarding school, the Düsseldorf study college, and the nursing academy in Leverkusen.

The Düsseldorf Study College supports foreign students on their path to studying at a German university. For the assessment test (FSP), applicants are provided with the necessary subject knowledge and other competencies through various focus courses at the study college to successfully pass the exam.

Your responsibilities

Active customer acquisition from initial contact to contract conclusion
Telephone and personal study counseling
Building and maintaining partnerships with other companies and educational institutions
Building and maintaining relationships with our international agencies
Salesoriented counseling and recruitment of interested parties / study applicants / language learners
Contact person for the district government and other authorities
Data collection, maintenance, and followup (CRM)
Creating and reporting sales reports
Close cooperation with the marketing department to achieve sales goals
General organizational work

Your profile

Successful completion of a degree or comparable education
Strong acquisition skills and a sense for the needs of your customers, empathy and communication skills, and ability to work with numbers
You communicate confidently
