Employee (m/f/d) Service Center/Citizen Telephone Public Service

Your tasks:


  • You handle inquiries about services of the Berlin administration (by phone, email, or ticket system).
  • You provide initial information and refer to specialized authorities.
  • You schedule appointments through an electronic system.
  • You prepare work for the back office.
  • You support campaigns on special topics of public administration.

Your profile:


  • You have successfully completed your education: office management, office communication, service specialist for dialogue marketing, or equivalent knowledge acquired through professional experience.
