    Legacy Restoration is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team The ideal candidate is a self-starter, manages their time well, and has a burning desire to win, both for themselves and the company.

    The BDS would be responsible for building and maintaining relationships in the Fort Myers Area.

    Legacy Restoration is the very best in the industry at helping customers with all aspects of emergency services (water / mold / fire) through the repair process.

    High-performing, focused BDSs can produce a total compensation of $100k plus. A BDS must be engaging at building relationships, outstanding communicator, and presenter. Commercial Real Estate Experience. Insurance Experience.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Be the ambassador for our company, becoming a trusted face to our customers.
    • Maintain relevant communication daily current and potential customers via face-to-face meetings.
    • Educate customers on how our company's services can benefit them.
    • Market the company's services to clients within a given vertical.
    • Maintain records with the CRM system.
    • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
    The best candidate will have experience in outside sales and marketing


    You should also have:

    • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to foster strong relationships.
    • Effective communicator.
    • Previous sales experience and an organized approach to work.
    • A strong work ethic.
    • Previous experience working as a client relationship manager or a track record of managing client relationships.
    What You Will Need
