    Roving Business Manager (Assistant Community Manager)| General Seattle Area | Seattle, WA

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

    We are looking for a Roving Business Manager to support multiple communities in the general Seattle, WA area. This position is Full-Time | Hourly | Full Benefits and Bonus eligible.

    Pay Range: $26 - $28 / Hour

    WHY YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT:
    • You bring a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in affordable housing
    • You bring a minimum of 1-2 years of property management
    • Lease-up experience preferred
    • You can execute professional level customer service and multitaskeffectively.
    • You possess good communication skills both, verbal and written
    • You have a passion for helping others
    • You have a strong knowledge of MS word, excel, and outlook
    • You ideally have experience in Yardi and/or MRI
    • You possess a valid drivers license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
