    We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst Manager/Lead to join the TIMBER team and oversee a large managed-service project for a well-loved client in the greater Seattle area.

    The Business Analyst Manager will oversee the timelines of deliverables while also providing the support needed to scale throughout all phases of this integration project.

    The Business Analyst Manager will serve as the initial point of contact for issue management, as well as provide experienced guidance to the Business Analyst team daily.

    Identifying opportunities for improvement and further strategic planning will be expected throughout the entirety of the project while cultivating strong relationships with internal and client teams.

    This program will support strategic enterprise integrations following a large merger and acquisition and will encompass a large team of Business Analysts who will be responsible for conducting a current state assessment, identifying future state outlines, documentation and requirement gathering, quality assurance, and facilitating change management and communication activities, among other tasks.

    Exceptional people-management and coaching experience will be required as the Business Analyst team will directly report to the Business Analyst Manager.

    This position will require a hybrid work environment, 3 days a week onsite.

    Required Experience:
    Previous Leadership/Management of Business Analysts
    Mentoring analysts in business requirements and/or business process
    Support analysts in communication and validation of requirements with relevant stakeholders
    Review business processes and recommend improvements
    Business Analysis experience (specifically managing requirements, either directly or indirectly, across large/complex efforts)
    Experience performing data discovery, analysis and process modeling
    Experience in collaboration w/ business analysts and/or product managers on roadmap planning or workback schedules
    Influence with stakeholders, including communication on status/progress of efforts, escalation management, etc.
    Coordination with different departmental teams
    Experience and background writing clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation
    Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to recommend improvements
