- Operational Management:

- Recommend strategic initiatives and business development opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Address stakeholder concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner to maintain positive relationships and enhance business reputation.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, with a track record of successful operational management and business development.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to develop and manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make informed decisions.

SummaryThe business manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure smooth functioning and achievement of organizational objectives. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and hands-on operational & project management.
