Job Description

As a Property Care Specialist, you will be involved in the daily operations of our home maintenance company in the Orange County market. You will play a vital role in ensuring that all maintenance tasks and requests raised by our valued members are executed promptly and proficiently. The ideal candidate will reflect our commitment to our customers by delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a skilled individual that can be a team player, prioritizes attention to detail, and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do

Ensure that maintenance tasks are completed according to established schedules, and that work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Follow maintenance policies and procedures to ensure that all work is performed in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Monitor and manage inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, and request materials as needed.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with member and provide excellent customer service.
Ensure that all maintenance equipment is properly maintained and serviced, and that all safety protocols are followed.
Adhere to One Home Solution policies and company culture.
Additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

What You'll Bring

Preferred 3 years of experience in maintenance and repairs with apartments, single family homes, or in a construction environment
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members, technicians, and management.
Professional presentation and demeanour.
Proficiency with technology- the ability to use a smartphone and laptop, utilizing different software for daily operations.
Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of home maintenance and repair procedures
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to maintenance work.
This job will require physical activity, such as lifting heavy equipment and climbing ladders. The successful candidate must be able to perform these tasks safely and without risk of injury.
Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period.
Reach overhead and below the waist, occasionally push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25-27 per hour
