Do you..._

  • Have 3 to 4 years of Onthejob work experience as a maintenance technician/mechanic?
  • Have experience in an industrial electrical maintenance position with demonstrated experience with hydraulics and pneumatics?
  • Have experience in troubleshooting basic relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, VFD drives, frequency and encoders?
  • Have a high level PLC experience, preferably Allen Bradley
  • HS Diploma and Vocational Training in Industrial Mechanics and/or Electrical Program?
  • Have proficient communication skills particularly, the ability to explain complex electrical issues?
  • Have experience with Megamation or Computerized Maintenance
  • Management Software (CMMS)?
  • Have the ability to perform physically demanding work, such as climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, twisting and bending for extended period?

Job Duties and Responsibilities..._

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, problemsolve, and repair all electrical control problems for manufacturing equipment/robotics by following blueprints & specifications, using hand/power tools and precision measuring instruments, and electronic and PLC techniques.
  • Performs routine, emergency, and preventive maintenance on all electrical equipment/parts.
  • Install and/or assist in the installation of new equipment, including proper layout and alignment.
  • Visually inspects and listens to machines/equipment to locate causes of malfunctions.
  • Evaluate equipment malfunctions with a sense of urgency to minimize downtime.
  • Repairs broken parts, using brazing, soldering, and welding equipment hand tools.
  • Modify equipment as necessary to improve safety, quality, productivity and reliability.
  • Perform tasks in a quality fashion by meeting or exceeding the internal customers' requirements.
  • Communicate professionally with site leadership as to the important repair steps taken, parts required, and estimated time to complete the repairs or projects.

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
