- Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Evaluating customers vehicles for damage, writing estimate for repair based on the damage.
- Keeping customers informed on the status of the repair process.
- Interact with insurance companies for the status of vehicle repairs, parts, and payments.
- MUST have previous Autobody.
- Must have insurance estimating experience.
- Knowledge of CCC Estimating is preferred, but will train if needed.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to maintain good customer relationships.
- DRP Experience is a plus.
