Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to schedule service appointments and provide estimates
- Communicate service needs to technicians
- Upsell additional services or products to customers
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and repairs needed
- Coordinate with the parts department for necessary components
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process
Skills:
- Experience in automotive services or related field
- Knowledge of air brake systems, tire services, diesel engine repair, and oil changes
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must speak English and Spanish.
Pay:
From $1,000.00 per week
