- Create, modify, and update fabrication processes for production
- Research and specify equipment to replace or upgrade production capabilities
- Design fixtures and tooling for prototypes and production
- Work with a team to develop PFMEA's, Control plans, and detailed work instructions
- Manage multiple projects at different product stages
- U.S. Citizenship to obtain and maintain government security clearance
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
- 3 years of experience with design, production, and experimentation in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated understanding of metal joining concepts involving process requirements to meet design requirements
- Experience designing prototype & production fixtures and tooling
- 5 Years Experience with welding, vacuum brazing, and diffusion bonding processes and techniques
- Experience with computer assisted drafting/design programs (Solidworks preferred)
- Ability to review a design for manufacturability and provide feedback with proposed solutions
- Experience transitioning components and processes from research and development to manufacturing
- Experience with PFMEA's & process qualification activities
- Eagerness to get involved in hands-on work
- Experience training and mentoring technicians in proper fabrication techniques

Honeywell's ACST team is seeking an Manufacturing Engineer II-Joinery for our Golden Valley, MN location.
Be part of a team that applies its expertise and knowledge to develop, implement and maintain method and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Using your technical expertise, you will create programs, manufacturing instructions, and identify/design tooling for new or existing product lines.
