Honeywell's ACST team is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer II for the Golden Valley, MN location.

Be part of a team that utilizes its expertise to create, implement, and uphold methods and processes in the manufacturing or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies. Leveraging your technical skills, you will establish programs, manufacturing instructions, and devise/design tooling for new or existing product lines. YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

Create, modify, and update fabrication processes for production
Research and specify equipment for production capabilities enhancement
Design fixtures and tooling for prototypes and production
Collaborate with a team to develop PFMEA's, Control plans, and detailed work instructions
Oversee multiple projects at various product stages

YOU MUST HAVE

U.S. Citizenship for government security clearance
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics)
3 years of experience in design, production, and experimentation within a manufacturing environment
Understanding of machining concepts and tooling
Experience in designing prototype & production fixtures and tooling

WE VALUE

Experience with CAD/CAM software
Proficiency in computer assisted drafting/design programs
Ability to provide feedback for design manufacturability
Experience transitioning components and processes to manufacturing
Proficiency in designing fixtures and tooling, PFMEA's & process qualification activities
Enthusiastic participation in hands-on work
Experience in training and mentoring technicians
CNC machining experience
