A relocation package is available to support your move to one of our locations. This role is also eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus in addition to base pay.YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
Create, modify, and update fabrication processes for production
Research and specify equipment to replace or upgrade production capabilities
Design fixtures and tooling for prototypes and production
Work with a team to develop PFMEA's, Control plans, and detailed work instructions
Manage multiple projects at different product stages
YOU MUST HAVE
U.S. Citizenship to obtain and maintain government security clearance
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
3 years of experience with design, production, and experimentation in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated understanding of metal joining concepts involving process requirements to meet design requirements
Experience designing prototype & production fixtures and tooling
WE VALUE
5 Years Experience with welding, vacuum brazing, and diffusion bonding processes and techniques
Experience with computer assisted drafting/design programs (Solidworks preferred)
Ability to review a design for manufacturability and provide feedback with proposed solutions
Experience transitioning components and processes from research and development to manufacturing
Experience with PFMEA's & process qualification activities
Eagerness to get involved in hands-on work
Experience training and mentoring technicians in proper fabrication techniques
