Our employees and clients often build relationships that are closer than even those of their own family. This is not the case for most healthcare situations where an employee is scrambling to meet basic needs of up to a dozen people at the same time.
If you have formal training or a background in caregiving, we welcome your experience. Many of our employees have come to us after providing care for their own family members. If you lack formal training, SYNERGY HomeCare will train you – and we will pay you for the training
