Staff Supervisor Position Overview:

Are you ready to lead a team of compassionate caregivers on a transformative journey? We're looking for more than just a leader - we're seeking a passionate advocate with exceptional communication skills, who believes in the power of motivation over mere management.

  • Process Direct Care Worker time off requests and leaves of absence, fostering a culture of care and worklife balance.
  • Resolve conflicts and conduct investigations, leading with empathy and dedication to resolution.
  • Infuse the team with motivation and celebrate achievements, recognizing the remarkable work they do every day.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in a Human Resource related field is preferred, but passion and work experience hold equal weight.
  • Demonstrated leadership in a supervisory role, particularly with caregiving or nonprofit environments.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, paired with an ability to inspire and uplift.
  • Remarkable organizational and timemanagement abilities, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
  • A profound belief in a motivational, carrotbased management style, driving success through positivity.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring we operate at the highest standard.
  • An ability to lead and nurture a diverse team of caregivers, guiding them to their full potential.
  • A passionate commitment to the mission of UCPSA, and an unwavering belief in limitless living.
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain an Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required
