    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design Development: Lead the design development process, from concept to completion, ensuring that projects align with client expectations, budget constraints, and industry standards.
    • Project Management: Take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently to deliver exceptional design solutions.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with clients, architects, and other team members to understand project requirements and develop cohesive design strategies.
    • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate fluency in Revit, utilizing it as a primary tool for creating accurate and detailed design documentation.
    • Innovative Thinking: Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, staying updated on industry trends and incorporating them into design concepts.
    • Client Communication: Cultivate strong relationships with clients through effective communication, presentations, and the ability to translate their vision into tangible design solutions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
    • Architectural Registration preferred
    • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
    • Proficiency in Revit is mandatory; experience with other design software is a plus
