About Us We can only achieve great changes together, so choose us. The Federal Construction Department (BBA) is responsible for all federal construction projects in Hamburg with around 190 employees.

Support us in the Execution Department in the implementation of construction measures in listed buildings as well as large new construction projects on civilian and military federal properties in Hamburg, such as the buildings of the Bundeswehr Hospital, Helmut Schmidt University, Customs and Federal Police.

A personal security clearance according to the Hamburg Security Clearance and Confidentiality Act is a matter of course for you.

Your Tasks You are responsible for the management of complex large-scale projects and property developments, such as in the field of hospital construction, across all project stages and areas of action, act as the client towards clients, users, planners and, if necessary, external project managers for our construction projects (new construction and modernization in existing buildings) and manage the planning and implementation of construction measures and transfer the projects into operation.
