- Oversee all on-site activities and ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
- Communicate regularly with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and documentation related to the project.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Proven track record of successfully managing ground-up Commercial or Education projects up to $90 million.
- Experience in school construction is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
