Are you a seasoned construction professional with a knack for leading residential projects? We're looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team.

If you have a background in residential construction, particularly with podium-style builds and multi-story housing, we want to hear from you Experience with historical buildings is a plus.


Responsibilities:


Project Management:


  • Oversee all aspects of residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Site Supervision:


  • Manage onsite construction activities, including scheduling, progress monitoring, and quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Team Leadership:


  • Lead and motivate construction crews, subcontractors, and other team members to achieve project goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment conducive to productivity and efficiency.

Client Communication:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

Problem Solving:


  • Identify and resolve constructionrelated challenges in a timely and effective manner, leveraging your expertise and resources to find solutions.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in residential construction, with a strong understanding of podiumstyle builds and multistory housing.
  • Knowledge of historical building construction practices and preservation techniques is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and client relationships.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.

Pay:
$125, $160,000.00 per year
