- Coordinate configuration, testing, QA & maintenance of assigned systems and the associated platform functionality for the program

- Perform complex testing, data analysis and draw business conclusions for decision making
- 3+ years analytics experience required

Job Summary:
The Business & Systems Operations, Team Coordinator will perform activities that provide business solutions to complex organizational initiatives and should demonstrate an extensive expertise in key platforms and any interfacing applications. The person will play a key role in the configuration and implementation of new markets & products. He/She will be responsible for claims, system admin, and other system analysis, configuration design, testing and documentation. The person will work with management in the department to establish realistic project scope, project plans, timelines & escalate barriers and consider interdepartmental impact when recommending, implementing and testing solutions.
