    In this role, you will work directly with the People Operations team to support the full-cycle recruitment process and elevate the candidate experience.

    If our values align with yours, then this opportunity is tailor-made for youAs the Talent Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Assisting in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing and screening, interview scheduling, and hiring.

    Creating and managing job postings on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
    Conducting initial resume reviews and phone screenings to identify qualified candidates.
    Scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, and managing logistics for virtual or in-person interviews.
    Maintaining regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

    Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Supporting onboarding by preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.

    Helping organize and participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and networking events.
    Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with relevant federal and CA laws and regulations.
    Providing general administrative support to the People Operations team as needed.


    Schedule:
    Part-time (20 hours a week)

    TemporaryWork Location:
    Sylmar, CACompensation:Starting at $ $22.00/hour (depending on prior experience and qualifications)

    Required QualificationsHigh school diploma.
    Experience in recruitment or human resources.
    Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
    Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Preferred QualificationsBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
    Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
    Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in the non-profit sector.
