As a project manager for service business processes (m/f/d), you will take on end-to-end responsibility for our service solutions in Bluffton. Your mission is to consistently drive development and optimization to create customer-oriented solutions.

The position can be predominantly carried out through mobile work with partial presence in the office in Allendorf.

Planning and implementation of measures to increase customer satisfaction and profitable growth in the service sector
Cross-functional process design and optimization, as well as tracking of results
Optimization of transparency and communication for end customers, specialist partners, and sales
Further development of standards and tools for the development of service processes
Significant contribution to the expansion of the service business

You are known for your customer- and process-oriented thinking and bring remarkable creativity and ideas. Your strong teamwork skills and ability to organize yourself well enable you to work effectively and achieve successful results.

Completed degree in business administration or industrial engineering
Knowledge and experience in project and process management
Experience in leading interdisciplinary project groups
Knowledge of IT requirements management
Fluent German language skills are mandatory, good English language skills are advantageous
