We are looking for you - as a Commercial Construction Estimator

What the job offers you:

Preparation, processing and calculation of high and turnkey construction projects, with a focus on commercial construction
Development of special proposals and alternatives for the purpose of technical and economic optimization
Quantity determination based on construction plans
Creation of performance specifications
Obtaining offers from subcontractors, participation in award negotiations
Maintenance of calculation data

What convinces us:

Completed degree in civil engineering, training as a construction technician or comparable technical education
Professional experience, ideally in estimation and/or construction management
Good MS Office skills
User knowledge of billing and estimation software (RIB iTWO, BfW)
Commitment
Independent and careful work style
