    Responsibilities:

    • Should have an automation first and continuous improvement mindset and drive the adoption of Build enablement / CICD tools and support the improvement of the toolsets/processes.
    • Actively participate in architectural changes, design and implementation of solutions to accommodate infra changes to meet enterprise goals.
    • Actively support the enablement tools such as Service Virtualization, SauceLabs, LaunchDarkly, etc
    • Expected to execute mainframe batch jobs for data refresh and automate as needed
    • Participate in Production Support incident management as necessary.
    • Become a proactive trusted advisor to business leaders and technology partners.
    • Flexibility to adopt a continuous learning mindset and flex to cover a diverse set of technology needs
    • Technical skills to craft and execute your own programs and initiatives
    • Operate with a continuous improvement mindset to improve the quality of IT deliverables.
    • Continuously drive improvement and optimization through retrospectives, Inspect and Adopt and stakeholder feedback
    • Knowledge of SDLC processes, including agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban).
    • Mentor and coach team members with professional development aspects and define / implement best practices.
    • Proactively identify and develop training plans for knowledge gaps (technical or business-related) that limit team effectiveness.

    Qualifications

    • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to openly discuss solution proposals.
    • 10+ years of experience with Mainframe technologies such as Cobol, JCL, DB2, CICS, etc
    • Understanding of zOS systems and its architecture
    • Strong experience working with Linux servers and implementing automated solutions
    • 2+ years of experience with Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Openshift, etc)
    • Proficiency with Docker technologies
    • Experience with Java, Angular 2+, React, React Native, etc
    • Experience designing, developing, and supporting technology decisions within various technologies including, JAVA, Structured/Non Structured DB, RESTful/SOA services
    • Experience with developing RESTful web services
    • Strong experience working with micro services architecture.
    • Experience in writing native SQL queries
    • Relational Database - experience using DB2, Oracle, MSSQL, Postgres, etc
    • NoSql Database - DynamoDb, MongoDB, Cassandra, Kafka, etc
    • Proficiency with Agile delivery and the SAFe framework, ideally in-tune with its leverage within a Fortune 500 IT environment

    Additional Preferred qualifications

    • Experience in HealthCare business
    • Experience with Distributed technologies such as Node, React, Python, Ruby, Javascript, Springboot, etc
    • Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, NewRelic, etc and different monitoring aspects
    • Experience in architecting and designing distributed systems that are simple, highly available and security focused
    • Experience with building virtual services
    • Understanding Queue/Messaging services- MQ, JMS, Amazon SQS, etc.
