- Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a half-hour unpaid lunch break.
- Supporting Anne Ward in promptly and professionally addressing client needs.
- Welcoming clients in the office and handling phone calls to provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintaining meticulous records to ensure all client interactions are documented and files are stored securely.
- Aiding in the onboarding of new clients by ensuring all essential paperwork is completed accurately and accounts are established correctly.
- Handling account openings, closures, client account modifications, and transfers. Preparing forms for electronic or physical signatures as needed.
- Collaborating with Dynamic Wealth Advisors to process all forms, documenting pending tasks via service requests and tracking their completion.
- Setting up and tidying the meeting room before and after client meetings.
- Assisting in preparing for meetings by gathering documents, creating reports, and organizing materials.
- Sending meeting reminders, directions, and agendas ahead of schedule. Posting the agenda to the client portal.
- Managing post-meeting follow-ups, assigning tasks, and uploading final documents to the client portal.
- Coordinating meeting schedules and sending out reminder emails when necessary.
- Managing client appreciation gestures and gifts based on requests.
- Assisting in organizing client webinars and educational workshops.
- Documenting and adhering to company procedures and processes.
- Handling data entry for various software tools used by the firm.
- Supporting marketing initiatives by aiding in website updates, social media content, newsletters, and other firm communications.
- Assisting with compliance activities upon request.
- Managing general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office tidiness.
- Scanning, printing, and dispatching documents as needed.
- Minimum of a 2-year degree required, though a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in office or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrates ethical behavior and a client-centric approach to work.

Job Position:
As a CSA, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Wealth Manager, Anne Ward, and ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and assistance. Your duties will involve a wide array of client support tasks, light client interaction, account administration, and various computer and administrative responsibilities. This position provides avenues for professional growth, with potential career progression to roles such as Senior CSA, Manager, and Director of Client Services.
Hours and Pay:
Part-time commitment of up to 20 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours as the firm expands.
Proposed schedule (to be confirmed with the chosen candidate):
Compensation: Offering $20-25 per hour, dependent on experience level. While this part-time position does not include benefits, it is eligible for overtime pay, although overtime is not expected.
