We are looking for you - For our medium-sized client in the Neumarkt area, we are currently seeking a team player with leadership qualities

Your responsibilities:

Direct responsibility for personnel as well as leadership and planning of the entire logistics team in the assigned area
Ensuring optimal flow of goods and materials in intralogistics processes
Reliable point of contact for customers, freight forwarders, and suppliers for all logisticsrelated inquiries
Accompanying, analyzing, and implementing projects to optimize warehouse and inventory management
Conducting risk analyses and independently implementing improvement measures
Assisting and executing personnel training measures in various departments

Your qualifications:

Successfully completed vocational training in a technical field
Completed further education in logistics, degree in business administration or industrial engineering, or equivalent qualification preferred
Several years of professional experience in logistics, ideally in the automotive industry
Experience in personnel management
Willingness to work in shifts
Good German language skills, both written and spoken
Proactive, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
