Description
Tasks:
- Support of national and international distributors via email and phone
- Processing of international inquiries, offers, deliveries, and invoices
- Creation of customs documents for imports and exports
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, if necessary coordination with export authorities
- Monitoring of timely order processing
- Point of contact for the team for all matters related to export and beyond
Profile:
- Completed commercial training, preferably as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant (m/f/d) or comparable degree
- Several years of professional experience in the field of export / customs clearance
- Proficient in using common MS Office products
- Reliable and conscientious work ethic
- Teamwork and leadership qualities
