- Excellent presentation (written and verbal) and communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical issues and solutions to all levels of business

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience that proves competence in role may be considered.
- 7+ years of overall IT experience, specifically around IT Infrastructure and Operations within a large complex or global business
- IT experience in a manufacturing environment demonstrating a proven program, project and process management skill sets. OT experience a plus
- IT Infrastructure experience within a cloud-based environment, preferably experienced with migration from on-premises
- Knowledge of standards and methodology of Project Management
- Experience with Mergers and Acquisition integration a plus

Position Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Manager - Information Technology Infrastructure Projects and Architecture who will be responsible for the end-to-end project delivery of complex multi-vendor projects, focusing on project planning & execution, communicating project performance to senior leadership & business stakeholders, managing cross-functional resources, vendor management and risk management.

Where You'll Work
This role will be based out of our Concord, MA headquarters where you will be immersed in a dynamic workplace where innovation thrives and collaboration is key.
Our company in-office schedule is designed to maximize collaboration & relationship building balanced with flexibility and well-being with 3 days in office and Thursdays/Friday being remote, flex days.

This position provides Infrastructure and Operations strategy, design and transformational delivery as part of the enterprise's overall digital future agenda.
