    Senior Financial Analyst – Decision Support and Data Visualization


    REMOTE ONE DAY A WEEK

    We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Decision Support team.

    You will work as a partner and consultant with leaders across the organization providing a variety of reporting & analysis to help them improve performance, evolve their departments and drive the business.

    Assist with and/or lead the design, development, and implementation of company dashboards.
    Establish & monitor departmental KPIs.
    Develop financial & forecasting models to guide business decisions.

    Grow and maintain business partner relationships to build trust while forming a clear understanding of the business units being served.

    Develop measuring

    Develop measuring tools, models, and forecasts to support business operations.
    Build reporting that highlights relevant trends and promotes fact-based, data-driven decisions.
    Assist Finance Leadership in developing and managing various components of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
    Work with IT department to develop, improve, and maintain the data warehouse.
    Perform data mining & research to deliver comprehensive, timely, and complete analyses.
    Analyze comparative statistical data to assess current performance and project future performance.
    Provide pro forma, profitability, and other analysis necessary for decision making


    Qualifications:
    Four plus years of financial analyst experience
    Bachelors Degree
    Experience using a data visualization platform (Power BI, Tableau, Clik) is a plus
    Exposure to SQL required
    SSIS experience is a plus.
    Advanced Excel required
    Outgoing personality
    Strategic thinking
    Strong business acumen and curious nature
