    Job Description

    Position: Conference Center Coordinator (Global Law Firm)

    Location: Los Angeles, CA

    Comp Package: Base salary up to $75K, Paid Overtime, Full Benefits, Tuition Reimbursement, Bonus, 401K+ benefits, and more.

    Responsibilities for Conference Center Coordinator:

    • Reserve conference rooms and coordinate associated services like food/beverage, facilities, signage, materials, security, floorplans, and secretarial services
    • Welcome clients and visitors, manage phone calls, and relay messages promptly
    • Efficiently handle phone calls and emails for booking requests and changes
    • Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings
    • Collaborate with building management, Office Services, Records, Accounting, and IT department
    • Assist clients in finding various facilities within the office premises
    • Provide information on conference space setup and capabilities

    Qualifications for Conference Center Coordinator:

    • At least 5 years of previous reception or conference service experience in a law firm or hospitality setting
    • Effective communication with employees at all levels and strong multitasking abilities
    • Demonstrate exceptional customer service, telephone etiquette, and communication skills
