    We service our customers by providing 3rd party flatbed, dry van, project logistics, and drayage capacity solutions, built on expertise, customer relationships, and perform with detailed execution to give our customers the confidence they need and deserve.

    Job Type: Permanent Hire

    Pay: $120,000-$150,000 based + $50,000-$80,000 bonus

    Location: Employee can be location in Dallas, TX, Houston, TX, San Antonio TX or Phoenix, AZ

    Job Overview:

    The Senior Outside Sales Representative will oversee and provide solutions to improve sales operations. It is their responsibility to conduct market research and analysis, establish budgets and guidelines, generate leads, and develop sales strategies and sales forecasts. They will also liaise and build positive relationships with vendors and suppliers, set sales targets, and resolve customer issues and complaints. Moreover, they must lead and serve as a mentor to junior sales specialists while implementing and promoting the policies and regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist Sales Representatives in answering technical questions posed by customers during outbound telephone calls.
    • Provide support to less experienced Sales Representatives as needed.
    • Identify potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential and existing customers.
    • Prepare regular sales reports as well as sales territory plans.
    • Research competitors' products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences.
    • Develop innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
    • Promptly submit customers' purchase orders to the relevant department for processing.
    • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.
    • Expand industry knowledge by attending educational workshops and reading professional publications.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred
    • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
    • 5+ years of sales experience
    • Experience in Flatbed and Dry Van carrier procurement a plus but not required
    • Must have a big picture mentality, be motivated, hardworking, and have a strong desire to succeed in a fast paced environment.
    • Must have desire to be collaborative and work in a fun, one team one goal atmosphere.
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
    • 3+ years of 3PL experience
