    **Hourly Rate: $ Benefits**

    **Hours: Mon - Fri, 7am - 4pm**

    **COMPANY BACKGROUND**

    Smarte Carte Inc. is the leading concessionaire of self-serve vended luggage carts, electronic lockers, commercial strollers, and massage chairs. Additionally, Smarte Carte Inc. also provides mobility equipment to airlines, and ground handling companies, in over 300 airports.

    Smarte Carte Inc. is headquartered in St. Paul, MN and has operations in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Sweden, and Singapore.

    **BASIC FUNCTION**

    The Customer Service and Production Coordinator position will serve as a centralized resource for supporting the business. Basic functions include data/order entry, providing customers with shipping and delivery notifications, and other related tasks.

    **RESPONSIBILITIES**

    Under the supervision of the General Manager- will create work orders based on customer and service technicians requests for equipment, parts, supplies, etc.

    Will keep accurate records of goods and materials purchased and received

    Customer and supplier interactions

    Track and provide shipping and delivery notifications for all goods and materials that are shipped.

    Answering and directing calls, taking messages, and making phone calls on behalf of the company.

    Sorting, filing, and maintaining filing systems for efficient record keeping and easy retrieval

    Maintaining inventory of office supplies

    Will create and submit purchase orders for approval by GM

    Create shipment documents for work orders using LTL, FTL, and parcel carriers

    In the absence of the GM, will coordinate workflow of warehouse staff

    Any other duties as assigned.

    **REQUIREMENTS**

    Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

    Highly proficient in MS Office

    Strong communicator

    Strong organizational skills

    Working knowledge of office equipment

    Very detail oriented.

    Ability to work in a collaborative environment.

    **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**

    Experience and understanding of all facets of logistics
