Assistant General Manager to oversee all aspects of daily operations within their assigned market.

The
Assistant General Manager will be responsible for the management of all sales, service, installations, and operational processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Oversee financial performance and all daily functional operations, including adherence to all policies and procedures.
Monitor and improve key sales metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, installed closing, and selfgenerated/community sales growth.
Train and manage sales representatives in both sales and operational processes.
Forecast service needs for seasonal business changes and increased volume.

Qualifications

At least 5 years' operational experience in a home improvement industry setting (includes facilities, warehousing, office, technology, and process).
At least 3 years' management or training experience.
High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office.
