    Medical Assistant

    100% On-Site in Washington DC

    Job Description:

    • The Medical Assistant will work in a busy outpatient specialty clinic in Washington, DC.
    • This individual will handle around 50 patients each day.
    • The Medical Assistant will assist with vital signs, height, weight, rooming patients, and some triage.
    • Will not be responsible for covering the front desk, but will accurately enter in all info within the electronic health record, manage some referrals, and communicate with patients via the patient portal.
    • This is a full-time, contract to hire job opportunity with benefits.
    • This position is with a large DC area hospital and
    • MA diploma or certification required
    • Prior experience as an MA is a must.

    The Clinical partner will- Assist with normal height weight vitals, everything else pretty standard, usually has 50 patients a day
