SUMMARY:


Provides support to Marketing / Promotions Manager in many aspects of in-house digital marketing, social media, signage, reporting, property wide themes, and entertainment.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES ASSIGNED:


  • Work under supervision of Marketing/Promotions Manager to ensure all promotion procedures and events are handled in a timely manner.
  • Full understanding of Gold Experience Club procedures, departmental policies, operations and adhere to system of Internal Controls.
  • Assist in all Concerts and Events held in the Showroom.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentially, professionalism and ethical business conduct.
  • Uses internal resources to maintain accuracy of the company website in a timely fashion.
  • Ensures the proper usage of the company logo and ensuring that the property positioning is accurate for all marketing activity.
  • Ensures that copy and language for all casino media is accurate and correct.
  • Assists in the creation and implementation of various artworks across digital mediums both online and onproperty to ensure consistent branding and a high standard of quality.
  • Design, build and maintain the Gold Country Casino Resort social media presence.
  • Develop and maintain best practices for website maintenance and implement campaigns through digital advertising and social which improves traffic and relevance for guest.
  • Prepare reports as requested, take photos of jackpot winners and other administrative duties as requested/assigned.
  • Represent Casino at different public and social events.
  • Make announcements on microphone about casino promotions and events.
  • Assist in running weekly tournaments and promotions as needed.
  • Works within a team to ensure that all items needed to carry out promotions and special events are in the appropriate place in a timely manner, including necessary supplies and decorations.
  • Accountability for all purchases related to promotional events.
  • Submit POs in a timely fashion.
  • Tracks inventories and expenses. Maintains record keeping for each event.
  • Establish relationships and create goodwill with guests.
  • Regular attendance and arriving on time to all scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
  • Assist with all promotions as necessary.
  • Must be knowledgeable about all casino activities and programs.
  • Be accountable for and fully utilize EDGE, our guest experience program, with each guest interaction.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an Employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. When on the casino floor, the noise level increases to loud. The casino floor is a smoking environment and the Employee must be able to tolerate tobacco smoke.
