- Provide vision, leadership and drive the analytical focus of the business data in the Manufacturing and Planning functions and processes.
- Monitor business trends, price management, operational metrics, and strategic planning activities to provide clarity, design, and documentation of business data.
- Work closely with the functional representatives in the development of simplified/lean process improvements or operating practices which best utilize the systems to improve quality, increase productivity, and support business goals.
- Responsible for the completion of timely reports and analysis of projects and activities within functional area by providing real time data to others as well as maintaining individual project responsibilities.
- Provide support and communication of the HCA 5-quarter volume forecast.
- Assist with the design, implementation, and then support for the HCA workbook of manufacturing costs by site for benchmarking and cost control.
- Assist with ongoing enhancements and maintenance of data integrity.
- Participate in pre- and post-merger and acquisition activities.
- Perform any other project/task as assigned by Management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business (Accounting, Analytics, Finance, Business Administration emphasis). Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Seven (7) years' previous work experience in a related field, manufacturing environment, preferred.
- Proven record of accomplishment in implementing change
- Strong data analytic skills including the ability to develop queries as needed to support data collection and reporting.
- Proficient in analyzing and interpreting financial statements including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
- Excellent computer/systems skills – MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook). General knowledge of ERP Systems functionality (e.g., IFS, SAP, SAGE, Fourth Shift, TARGET, iScala, etc.)
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent cooperation and collaboration skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail, high energy, self-motivated and self-reliant.
- Ability to prioritize daily workload and work in a team environment.
