LHH is currently searching for an Business Analyst for our client in Kent OH. This is a direct hire position that can start in the next two weeks. Must reside in the Cleveland Metro Area to be considered for this position, which is onsite.

Education and Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or Equivalent experience

· 2+ years working in a related field.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Knowledge of Word and Excel

· Strong analytical research abilities

· Problem solving and negotiating skills.

· Excellent organizations skills and attention to detail

· SAP and integrated system with SAP a plus.

The Business Analyst position includes the following duties, functions, and responsibilities:

· Responsible for Leading/Assisting all system enhancements, implementations, and process improvements for Financial Service Organization. (AR/ AP/ Billing/ Master Data/ Collections/Customer Service/ Financial Accounting)

·Responsible for gathering data, user requirements, via observation and business personnel interviews.

·Gather systems requirements and work with I/T to address needed configuration and enhancements.

· Liaison between Financial Services and I/T and Operations.

· Research systems and trends for business process improvements

·Analyze and recommend improvements to the organizations business processes to improve overall performance and productivity.

·Lead/Assist with S4-Hana ERP implementation for Financial Services Organization. This includes both Sales and Distribution (SD) and Financial Accounting (FI) modules.

·Assist in the creation/implementation of Davey Time (Field entry time and billing documentation system)

· Design, develop, document and test processes and train end users.

·Responsible for supporting all financial external and internal integrated systems for the Financial Services Organization

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
