    Description

    Overview:

    We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on sales analysis and acting as a vital intermediary between our sales and production departments. The perfect candidate will have a sharp analytical mind, outstanding communication skills, and a dedication to facilitating seamless communication of customer specifications to the production team to ensure top-notch outputs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Sales Analysis:
      - Utilize sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue optimization.
      - Develop and maintain sales performance reports and dashboards, offering insights to stakeholders.
      - Collaborate with sales teams to analyze customer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
      - Identify areas for sales process enhancement and efficiency gains through data analysis.
    • Sales-Production Liaison:
      - Act as the main point of contact between the sales and production departments.
      - Translate customer specifications and requirements communicated by the sales team into actionable instructions for the production team.
      - Facilitate clear and effective communication channels to ensure that production processes align with customer expectations.
      - Work with both sales and production teams to resolve any discrepancies or challenges related to customer specifications.
      - Continuously monitor and update production teams on any changes or updates to customer requirements to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
    • Inventory Analysis:
      - Carry out inventory analysis to optimize stock levels, reduce carrying costs, and minimize stockouts.
      - Utilize inventory management software to track, monitor, and report on inventory levels and movements.
      - Conduct regular cycle counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as needed.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field.

    Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel).

    Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to diverse audiences.

    Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

    Willingness to actively participate in hands-on tasks within manufacturing facilities.

    -Public accounting background a plus, but not required.

    -1-2 years experience a plus, but not required
