- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Epicor ERP system enhancements, customizations, and integrations.
- Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and system configurations to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Configure Epicor ERP modules and functionalities to align with business requirements and optimize system performance.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system changes and ensure they meet business needs and requirements.
- Provide end-user support and training on Epicor ERP functionalities, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related queries.
- Work closely with IT teams and external consultants to implement and test system enhancements, patches, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Epicor ERP with other business systems and applications.
- Stay current on industry best practices, trends, and new features within the Epicor ERP ecosystem.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Epicor ERP system.
- In-depth knowledge of Epicor ERP functionalities, modules, and configurations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in system configuration, customization, and integration within Epicor ERP environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Epicor certification(s) (e.g., Epicor Certified Business Process Management) preferred.
