    Quinn, the local Caterpillar dealership is seeking a Parts & Service Sales Representative in Sylmar, California.

    The Parts & Service Sales Representative responsible for the coverage, retention, development and satisfaction of a specific group of customers in a designated sales territory as outlined by the company. Additionally, capable of harnessing company-wide resources to devise solutions for customers with the aim of boosting sales.

    $70,000 - $100,000

    Initial compensation will be based on individual expertise and educational background. We provide a comprehensive compensation package on top of the base salary.

    Company Description
    Our journey commenced in 1919 when Quinn Company provided the Killifer Disc and Holt Tractor to farmers in the Fresno region, contributing to the development of the affluent agricultural area of San Joaquin Valley. Following the merger of Holt and Best Tractor Company in 1925 to create Caterpillar Tractor Co. (now Caterpillar Inc.), Quinn became the appointed dealer for the Fresno and Madera County region. Since then, through acquisitions, Quinn has expanded in tandem with California's economic growth.

    Now under the fourth-generation family ownership, our operations span fifteen counties in central and southern California, including Arizona. Quinn currently operates 22 locations from Salinas to Foothill Ranch, with a workforce exceeding 1600 employees dedicated to customer service.
