Position Summary:

As a UX/UI Quality Assurance Specialist you will contribute to the documentation, functionality, and overall quality assurance of all user-facing aspects of our clients' applications.

Most of your time will be spent ensuring that our customer's and Life Changer's sites & portals display as designed, run without bugs, and are regularly tested across all our platforms.

You will also work with our customer service teams to replicate and report issues and pass them onto the development team and confirm fixes before and after they are deployed.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:
Collect testing needs from our project teams, and determine priorities that are consistent with business goals and objectives

Detail-oriented

The ability to consistently identify mistakes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Critical Thinking:
Being able to think rationally and thoughtfully is the basis of critical thinking. We are looking for someone who can think through a problem and suggest the best steps needed

Have an understanding of the business, commission payout and volume

Receive and verify bugs reported from our customer support teams

Report and document issues for our development team

Test and validate features and fixes from our development team

Plan, moderate and report remote and one-on-one usability sessions to obtain user preferences and feedback

Experience with web applications and browsers

Strong communication (both verbal and written) skills

Interpersonal/human relation and collaboration skills

High school/GED preferred
