Description
We are looking for an experienced Requirements Engineer (m/f/d) to strengthen our team in the field of automotive control units. In this position, you will take on a key role in defining, capturing, and managing product requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Definition, capture, and prioritization of requirements in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Creation and maintenance of system and software requirement specifications using UML/SysML
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and development processes, especially ASPICE
- Responsible for the support and continuous improvement of the entire requirements engineering process
- Development of the system requirements specification, taking into account technical and functional requirements
- Maintenance and evaluation of the requirements management database data for tracking changes and traceability
Qualifications:
- Completed university degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a comparable education
- Professional experience in hardware and software development in the field of automotive control units
- At least 2 years of professional experience in requirements engineering
- In-depth knowledge of UML/SysML
- Experience with relevant software development processes, especially ASPICE
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
