- Review loans for Originations, Pre-Funding /Post Funding,Closing functions to ensure that all compliance requirements are met and allinformation matches/is consistent across all file documents
- Review file prior to closing for missing initial loandocumentation
- Review file expiration dates to ensure documents arevalid at closing
- Complete Review of Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosures
- Review of all documents in the closing package includingloan specific docs and state specific docs
- Ensure that the underwriter's conditions have beensatisfied.
- Setting up of Escrow accounts and ensure property titlesare clear and the buyer and sellers agreement is fulfilled
- Responsible for ensuring proper supporting documentationfor change of circumstance and timing requirements
- All Vendor documents like Appraisal, Title, Insurance,Tax documents etc. to be reviewed and validated
- Reviewing all preliminary documents provided fromattorney/title company to include, but not limited to: Title binder, survey,termite report, Hazard/Flood insurance binder, Deed, HUD1 Settlement
- Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance withlegal parameters as well as company policies and procedures
- Knowledgeand understanding of entire mortgage loan process
- Knowledgein Pre-Closing Audit preferred
- MicrosoftOffice Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strongattention to detail / Analytical Skills
- Excellentcommunication skills (written and/or oral)
