    Production Specialist Position at Fan Merchandise Company

    • HOURS: 7am-3pm

    JOB OVERVIEW: The role of the Production Specialist is crucial in the manufacturing and packaging of top-quality fan merchandise. Operating under supervision, the Production Specialist will handle product assembly, finishing, decorating, and labeling using basic hand tools. Each item is completed individually, following precise written instructions per order. Attention to detail and adherence to customer specifications are key qualities for success. The Production Specialist will rotate through different work centers, requiring punctuality and schedule adherence.

    • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Read and follow instructions from shop packets.
    • Use basic technology for work documentation.
    • Count and manage materials for each order accurately.
    • Utilize various hand tools for assembly and packaging.
    • Package and label products according to customer requirements.
    • Maintain workspace cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols.
    • Display respect and positive behavior towards colleagues daily.
    • Perform assigned tasks diligently.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent

    SKILLS & ABILITIES:

    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to understand written instructions
    • Basic technology proficiency
    • Good hand dexterity
    • Capability for repetitive assembly tasks
    • Skills in material inspection and defect identification
    • Basic math skills

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
    • Participation in team lifts of up to 30 lbs.
    • Capacity to sit/stand for entire shift
    • Bend, turn, grip continuously
    • Occasional cart pushing

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    • Indoor, climate-controlled setting
    • Compliance with PPE guidelines for the work center
    • Eye protection required
