- Develop comprehensive project timelines for all agency projects, enhancing workflow efficiency and minimizing project durations.
- Oversee budgetary aspects of agency projects and generate project budget reports.
- Efficiently allocate agency resources by assigning tasks to staff members according to project requirements and resource availability.
- Lead daily production meeting with agency staff to review upcoming tasks, deadlines, roadblocks and project risks
- Review staff timesheets ensuring all members of the team are tracking hours efficiently and accurately
- Liaise between account managers, creative teams, media teams and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure alignment.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or roadblocks, implementing solutions as needed.
- Support the Operations Manager in collaboration with vendors, contractors, and freelancers to secure necessary resources and services.
- The Production Specialist is on the Operations Team and reports to the Operations Manager
- Possesses strong attention to detail and time management skills, and an ability to balance the priorities and needs of multiple time-sensitive projects.
- Loves checking off a to-do list. A self-motivated taskmaster who is capable of getting a lot of small tasks done to support larger projects.
- Is detail oriented, extremely organized, able to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment. Efficient with time management.
- Remains open to feedback, willing to learn and grow.
- Is a driven, energetic, positive thinker. A collaborative team player who's willing to go above and beyond when necessary.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in an advertising agency, marketing agency, or in-house marketing/creative department.
- Expertise in project management software, Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
- Proofreading and grammar expertise.
