    **Description**

    Essential Responsibilities:

    Incumbent will serve as an active team member including filling in on the fitness center floor, participating in community and fundraising events and other assignments as requested.

    Lead small group personal training classes and one on one personal training sessions as assigned by the Senior Health & Wellness Director.

    Lead the team and foster relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.

    Adjust work schedules to meet the need of the program.

    Shadow and coach staff performance including evening and weekend programs.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Current NCCA accredited Personal Training Certification (or degree equivalent)

    Minimum of 3 years personal training or run coach experience.

    Current CPR/AED/First Aid certifications.

    Ability to foster strong relationships and demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.

    Knowledge of health and wellness best practices based on experience and education.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Multi-lingual skills.

    Prior budget management and revenue growth skills preferred.

    Prior experience in program development, analysis and improvement preferred.
