Your Responsibilities

Professional and disciplinary leadership of assigned employees, as well as active participation in daily operations
Coordination and management of resources in customs and shipping administration
Participation in personnel and budget planning
Responsibility for compliance with customs and foreign trade laws and regulations
Processing of customs procedures and formalities
Ensuring and coordinating shipping and customs activities
Continuous optimization of internal and external shipping and customs processes
Creation and ongoing maintenance of shipping policies, taking into account shipping, customs, and customer requirements
Handling of lessons learned processes
Monitoring and compliance with safety regulations, including order and cleanliness

Bringing Strengths:
Your Qualifications

Successfully completed vocational training as a freight forwarder, industrial clerk, or similar qualification with subsequent further training as a business economist, specialist, or master
Ideally, first leadership experience
Experience in the field of shipping and customs
Qualityconscious and structured way of working
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as good IT knowledge
