- Develop comprehensive project plans, including architectural designs, specifications, and construction documents, ensuring alignment with client needs, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Regularly communicate project progress, milestones, and potential challenges to clients, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals, and liaise with regulatory authorities to address any issues that may arise during the project.
- Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency and meet established goals.Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Architectural Design Project Management experience
- Industrial Design experience (Warehouses, Manufacturing Facilities, etc)
- Proficient in RevitPreferred Qualifications:
- Registered Architect
